Kasha is a healthy grain which is otherwise goes by the name buckwheat. It's known to help lower blood pressure, prevent blood clotting and is gluten free. Kasha is filled with protein and fiber and very filling. Kasha is a great base to mix with many different ingredients to change it up! Ingredients:

Get all your ingredients organized. Mix up the eggs, add Kasha and mix all together. In a sauce pan heat up your chicken stock, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. In a heated dry skillet, add in your kasha and cook until all the egg is cooked and your Kasha is lightly cooked and dry. Now add your boiled chicken stock and cover. Simmer on low for 5 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Take off the heat, give it a mix and let it sit until you have your mushrooms and onions sautéed up. Finely chop up your mushrooms and onion and sauté. Salt and pepper to taste. Add your sautéed mushrooms and onions to the cooked Kasha. Mix all together and serve!
