Get all your ingredients organized and measured out. Start by whipping the eggs in a large bowl. Then add in your butter, milk, pumpkin, vanilla, sugar, salt, spices and whisk all together. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your soufflé dish with cooking spray and pour the mixture in. Bake for about hour or until the top is set. Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve.
