Swordfish is a delicious meaty fish that can be turned into many delicious dishes. Tonight I simply seasoned and grilled it and served it with a side of carrots and potatoes. Ingredients:
Cast Iron Grill Pan Tips: Once you place the fish on the grill pan, do not move until its time to turn it over. It is usually ready when the fish releases from the pan without sticking. Drizzle the swordfish with canola oil and season the sword fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. On a pre heated skillet, sear the swordfish on both sides for about 5 minutes on each side until you get a crispy golden crust and the fish is opaque inside. It is important that sword fish is fully cooked! When the fish is fully cooked place on a cutting board to rest for a few minutes to prevent the juices from escaping upon cutting. Squeeze lemon over fish. Plate with your favorite side.
