Tips: Make life easy and make some things ahead! I always have marinara sauce in my fridge and I used left over squash from the night before! Make sure shrimp is deveined on both sides!!! You don't want to eat it!!! 5 quick steps! Take our your sauce and heat it up. Take out last nights left over spaghetti squash and warm that up. Season your shrimp with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, Hungarian paprika and a few dashes of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste). On a pre-heated skillet with some canola oil grill your shrimp for about 4 minutes on each side. Do not move them around. Let them sit in place so you get a nice sear on each side. Now put it all together. Place your squash down first, top it with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, place your shrimp last and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
